Innovators Beyond Borders was honored to partner with the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON) to design and facilitate a transformative 3-day Leadership Retreat under the theme “Rebranding for Transformation.”

Hosted under the visionary leadership of the Director General, Mrs. Funke Adepoju, this retreat marked a pivotal moment in ASCON’s journey to redefine its role as a premier force in public sector excellence across Nigeria and the African continent.
